Waguri Terms of Service What changed in this version: we have published a full Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, named the third parties that process data for our AI features, and clarified that Waguri is operated by Amanaric. Because these are meaningful changes, everyone is asked to re-accept. By using this platform and by interacting with Waguri, you agree to the following. Amanaric's formal company registration is in progress. 1. Data we collect • Your Discord username and ID, to fetch your profile, ranks, stats, and punishment history. • For dashboard accounts: sign-in details, your server configuration, and admin preferences. • Messages and uploaded media processed for moderation and bot features. • Voice audio, when you use voice features, converted to and from text. Audio is not stored; short transcripts and call summaries are temporary. • Punishments and appeals associated with your account. 2. Who processes data for us • DeepSeek runs the language model used for chat and text moderation. • DeepInfra runs the vision model for NSFW and image detection, the embeddings behind search, and backup speech-to-text. • Fish Audio powers Waguri's spoken voice (text-to-speech). • Stripe handles payments for paid plans. We never see your card number. • Some steps run on our own servers and are not sent to any third party: the NudeNet image filter, our primary speech-to-text, and web search. Full details are in the Privacy Policy. 3. What we can and cannot access • We cannot access your Discord password or act on your behalf. When you log in, Discord shows exactly what permissions we request. 4. Waguri (AI persona and automated moderation) • Waguri is an AI chatbot and an automated moderation system. She is NOT a real person; everything she says is generated by software. • Her chat personality is intentionally casual, blunt, sarcastic, and edgy, and may include crude language and dark humor. Her messages are banter and entertainment only. They are NOT advice, facts, or the opinions of Amanaric or its staff. • By pinging, replying to, or otherwise messaging Waguri, you consent to receiving this kind of content. If you would prefer not to interact with an AI like this, simply do not message her. • Waguri can be wrong, can misfire, and can produce output you may find offensive. You agree not to rely on anything she says, and you release Amanaric and its operators and staff from liability arising from her automated output. • For safety, Waguri automatically scans messages and uploaded media (including with AI image analysis) for NSFW content, gore, slurs, scams, and raids. She may automatically delete content, mute or time out users, or escalate to human moderators. Your messages and any media you upload may be processed and temporarily stored as moderation evidence. Automated detection is not perfect and can produce false positives and false negatives. • Do not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or trick Waguri into producing harmful, illegal, or sexual content, and do not direct sexual or predatory messages at anyone. Such behavior is detected, logged, may be reported to staff, and may result in punishment. 5. Server admins • If you add or configure Waguri for a server, you control how she behaves there (which channels are moderated, which features are on) and you are responsible for those choices and for telling your members, where your local law requires it, that automated moderation is in use. 6. Appeals • If you believe your content or account was wrongly flagged or actioned, you can appeal in Discord, contact the server's admins, or email us. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy. 7. Paid plans • Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at purchase. Plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. 8. Age • You confirm you meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the platform (at least 13, older in some regions). If you are under 18, by accepting you confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these terms and consents on your behalf. 9. Changes • These terms may be updated at any time.
